2. LICENSE

Presentit.com grants you a nonexclusive limited license to use the Microsoft PowerPoint- and Microsoft Word-compatible Stories and Case Studies issued by presentit.com on its website (the “Products”) in accordance with the Terms and Conditions (the "Single User License").

a) LIMITED USAGE GRANTED
Each purchased and downloaded Product includes a Single User License. Single User License entitles you as a single user to use the purchased Product for the purposes of your presentation. You shall not resell Products in any form. 

b) MODIFICATIONS
The Single User License allows you to make any modification(s) to the purchased Products that are necessary in order to make the Products fitting to purposes of your presentation.

c) UNAUTHORIZED USE
You shall not place any of the Products and/or any screenshots thereof, whether modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD/DVD/HD DVD/Blu-ray disc, website, printed or in any other tangible or intangible form and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent of presentit.com.

d) ASSIGNABILITY
You shall not license, sub-license, assign and/or transfer the Single User License to any third party without prior written consent of presentit.com

e) OWNERSHIP
You shall not claim any title to intellectual property concerning any of the Products whether modified or unmodified in any form. All Products are licensed by presentit.com and are an intellectual property of independent content providers.

Each Product is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, neither expressed nor implied. In no event shall presentit.com be liable for any damages or losses including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or any other losses arising to you or any third party out of the use of or inability to use our Products.

3. OUR REFUND POLICY

Due to nature of the Products presentit.com does not issue any refunds after the Product is downloaded. However, under the sole consideration of presentit.com you may be refunded on a case by case basis if the Product proves to be not-as-described. In neither case shall the deadline for any refund claim exceed one week from the download date.

4. PRIVACY

Presentit.com is proud to have one of the most secure privacy policies in the industry.Presentit.com will only use your personal data to fill and process your order request and will not under any circumstances share, trade or sell your personal data to any third party.

5. LEGAL ENTITY

Intellectual property concerning Products and presentit.com title to the Products is under protection of law effective worldwide.
